i always used to wonder if the seeds which we clean from our weed (probably local) can it be regrown or like probably something else with it?

Yes they can be regrown but its not advicable. They will be some weird landrace that will turn out to be self pollinating plants that flower for 6 months only to give you seedy and airy buds.
Spend the extra cash and buy from a reputed seedbank. If you are investing 3-4 months into this do it the right way.

Dutch passion, sensi seeds, sweet seeds, dinafem, megabuds, humboldt seeds, royal queen seeds,...do you know any reputed seedbanks?
Tried all of them and they turned out nice. I also tried seeds from other seedbanks, but didn't list them as they are not even worth mentioning.
